When I heard that I would have to create a website for this class, I was confident that it should be an easy task. I have tried to build my own blog back in junior high school. Although I stop updating that blog just after three or four posts, the process of creating it was not difficult as I recalled my memory. Therefore, I delved into this assignment with confidence. However, as I tried to familiarize myself with Wix, I encountered some challenges. Wix offers many functions and templates, enabling me to design my website freely and uniquely. The downside of this is that Wix is much more complicated than the blog I created before. It took me some time to learn how to use the functions to achieve the effects I wanted.

        After overcoming this obstacle, I started to enjoy making my own website. Exploring different functions became more fun than annoying. I wanted my website to look succinct and be easy to read, so throughout the semester, I made several revisions with the layout. The feedbacks from the TAs and my classmates were extremely helpful with the final version I settled on. Though I met with a bit of difficulty, overall creating this website was a cool experience!
